Setting up and online business is becoming known as the best way to achieve success quickly and now with social distancing still a way to connect with current and new clients.

Using other models often involves more risk with longer time horizons. There are numerous advantages that an online business has over other models, and here are seven of them.

#1 - It’s Cheaper By setting up an online business, you have almost no upfront costs. It is free to create a website using a service such as WIX, and all that you pay for is hosting. In contrast, setting up a physical business requires significant expense and possibly even a loan.

#2 - It’s Easier With online businesses, you can make heavy use of automation and software tools to make your life a whole lot easier. You can automate email responses, social media posts, and marketing efforts. You can also let freelancers do the work for you.

#3 - It’s Open 24/7 Unlike physical businesses, online outlets are open 24/7. This means that customers can purchase from your site or read your blog at all times. You can also work whenever you want, on your schedule. The site is never closed. The people you hire to complete projects can also work while you are asleep or relaxing.

#4 - The Audience is Global With an online business, people can look at your site from anywhere in the world. According to all the latest statistics, more and more people are going online for purchases. This means that you have a massive audience and many ways to reach them.

#5 - It’s Easier to Scale Online companies are often far easier to scale compared to physical outlets. The site capacity can be easily increased to accommodate increased traffic. You can also use paid search methods to gain traffic. And with eBooks, courses, and software products, it does not cost anything to duplicate them and keep selling.

#6 - Speed Online businesses can grow very rapidly with the right marketing methods. Once, it would take decades to become a millionaire or years to simply acquire a good income. But it is possible to earn a good income using the online model is a respectable time frame.

#7 - Freedom and Flexibility Online businesses are so much easier to manage as there are more options available. Brick and mortar companies are limited to the people in the immediate vicinity in terms of customers. And they are limited to the skills of the employees that they hire. With online businesses, there is more that you can do to expand the business and it is possible to hire freelancers on short term contracts.

Achieving your goals is seldom an easy path to follow. That's why it is imperative to know how to stay motivated when it comes to getting what we want in the long run. It can be even harder today to stay focused, as we struggle with more distractions than ever before, like constant texting to 24/7 Internet access. If you need help staying motivated so you can accomplish your goals, here are five ways to help you stay focused, motivated, and enthusiastic on the road to reaching your goals.

Visualize Your Goal

If you want to stay motivated in achieving your goals, you need to visualize it down to the most minute detail. You need to see it, feel it, and hear the sounds that accompany the end result. Many of the world’s most elite athletes will visualize their performance ahead of time, which gives them the motivation they need to reach their goal of being successful in their pursuits.

Make a List of the Reasons You Want to Achieve the Goal

It is really easy to get blown off course in our busy and distracting world. This is why it is vital to ground yourself in your goal. Write down the reasons why you want to achieve a particular goal. Studies have shown that when we write by hand, manually connecting the letters, engages the brain more actively.

Break Down Your Goal into Smaller Steps

Break down your goal into the smallest practical steps that you can and then start tackling those steps one at a time. Studies have shown that with each little success that we experience, we trigger our brain's reward center, which releases chemical dopamine. This helps to focus our concentration and inspires us to move forward.

Tap into the Energy of Others

When you start to feel tired, uninspired or are ready to give up, look at the people you have chosen to surround yourself with. As human beings, we give and receive energy and inspiration. It is essential to make sure that you are getting as much, if not more than you are giving out. To help you stay motivated, you need to surround yourself with positive people.

Get Your Thoughts Organized

Nothing will zap your energy and motivation than an unorganized and cluttered mind. Talk through each of your thoughts and determine your desired outcome, figure out what you’ve done so far, and look at what your options are for moving forward.

Staying motivated in reaching your goals is in your reach. Keep your end goal in mind and remember to keep moving forward until you've reached your desired result.

If your posting regularly to an Instagram account with beautiful images and you still aren't seeing growth, then you might understandably find yourself feeling very frustrated. Perhaps Instagram just isn't right for your business, you may think. Perhaps your doing something wrong?

Unfortunately, the fact of the matter is that organic growth on Instagram takes time. With that said though, here are five tips that can make a big difference and ensure you grow that bit more quickly.

1. Use Portrait Orientation

Taking photos with a portrait orientation is generally considered the best practice in Instagram marketing. If not, then you should at least choose square images. This way, your image will stay on the page longer while the users are vertically scrolling, meaning more engagement and hopefully more likes.

2. Post at the Right Time

Posting at the right time of day has been shown to be hugely important when it comes to your Instagram success. This way, you maximize the number of people who are awake and who are using the app. Research suggests that posting some time between 10am and 3pm on a weekday will net you the best results. BUT this doesn't account for global time differences. If your aiming for a global audience, then posting at 6pm GMT might just be the smarter strategy.

3. Post Frequently

How frequently? Ideally you should be posting 2-3 times per day. This will ensure that there is a steady flow of content on your site, and that it doesn't seem as though the page has been abandoned. What's more though, is that posting this regularly will mean almost all of your viewers will see at least one image from you per day.

4. Use Hashtags

Hashtags make a big difference on Instagram, so make sure you use them often and use them well. One of the most important tips is to use as many as possible (30) in order to maximize your chances of a big hit. Find the sweet spot in terms of popularity too ñ 30,000 is a good number of posts to see.

5. Choose a Look

Many accounts are all over the place, with every image they post looking completely different and the end result being a page that has no consistency. Making sure the majority of your images have a consistent look and even picking the same filter for every photo can prevent this issue and help people to better understand what your about and whether they should follow.
